We collect the information you provide: name, email, password, and the rental data you enter into the Service (maintenance requests, profile details). We also collect basic usage data (page views, actions) to improve the Service.
Your data is used to provide the Service — showing your rent status, managing maintenance requests, and displaying your lease information. We don't sell your data. We don't use it for advertising. We don't share it with third parties except as needed to operate (e.g., AWS for hosting, SES for email delivery).
Some of the information you see (rent amounts, lease dates, property details) comes from your landlord's account. This data is shared with you through the portal as part of your tenancy.
The built-in AI assistant uses your rental data to answer your questions. This data is sent to our AI provider for processing but is not used to train models and is not retained by the provider beyond the session.
Your data is stored on servers in the United States (AWS us-west-2). We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in. That's it. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no third-party cookies.
